“I was pleasantly surprised in that the property and the room was much better than I expected. The location is ideal as it is close to the beach and to the historic downtown area, which has so much to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very delighted with this day”

“Ana at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. When we checked in the room we were given wasn't what we had reserved, so Ana went out of her way to be sure we had a room with a marina view, which was the only reason we were there. It made our stay just exactly what we were looking for.”

“This is a little gem, a very nice fully updated motor court retro feel motel. The rooms are very nicely done, they are small but efficiently appointed and attractive. The bathroom shower is deluxe and huge with lovely tile work. It is very well situated, central ro Ventura and very walkable. I will definitely return! ”

“While it may be a somewhat “vintage” style property. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. The size of the room and kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise. Although we were only staying one night, the kitchen makes it ideal for a multi day stay. Good quality WiFi and sufficient, conveniently located outlets for charging devices. We found several nice dining options within easy walking distance ”

I came in with a reservation that didn't start until the next day and they were booked solid, the owner extended himself so much as to give up the room he had for himself, I had just drove 4 hours after working a 12 hour day and he noticed, I was too exhausted to decline such a giving gesture......so I say thank you again for such generosity and will insist to hat anyone who finds themselves in need of lodging to stay at The...
