"We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. "This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so."

"We were placed in a handicap accessible room. I cannot speak for all rooms but we did not need the handicap accessibility. The layout made our stay a bit bothersome. We didn’t like the bathroom layout. The area around the toilet was wet the whole stay as the shower water was not draining correctly."
