Austrias 3 Stars Hotels

A nice contemporary boutique hotel in an area which has a very convenient location . The rooms are large and very clean and the staff is exceptional. Any request was immediately followed up on and several times offered assistance without a prior request. I prefer this over many 4-5 star hotels I have been to. It is in my opinion a 5 star minus the full restaurant, pool gym and bar (The roof top bar is closed during the winter).

Very friendly staff. Clean room, check in process digitized with StayMyWay app. Located in the heart of Madrid city center.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

👍

Nice to have coffee and tea in the lobby. We have been travelling to Portugal and Spain during this trip and this was the first hotel that offers coffee, tea, hot water. They also have mini muffin in the morning and wine in the evening, a nice touch.

Excellent location within walking distance of the more significant sights such as the Royal Palace and Prado museum.

Wonderful property just across the palace. It was like having the royal gardens in your front yard. Great restaurants around the area. Very easy and safe to walk around at night.

In real estate, location is everything, and this property has it! Close to both Sol and Opera metro stations. Around the corner from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and tons of food options. The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. And by stay, I mean a comfortable place to sleep while I explore the city. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but the time I did spend there, was replenishing, and it allowed me a great jumping off place for my adventures!

Great location. Clean room. All front desk staff we spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. Arrived early and were able to leave luggage, as well as, we were leaving late and were able to leave luggage while we finished doing things early that day in Madrid.

we called at the last minute as the hotel we had booked with turned out to be deplorable . so we called Expedia who worked to get ushere the hotel was fantastic the location great and close to city centre clean and friendly staff

Everything was peaceful and much more than what I needed. Location was perfect. Everything within walking distance and metro literally around the corner. It's even next to a police station which gave me more comfort as a solo traveler.

I had a great time in this hotel, perfect location walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

Todo bien!

The Apartment was very spacious clean, location was excellent walking distance to many cultural sites and shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic location. safe area very close to Plaza de Espanya and access to all of Madrid via the metro or just walking. We will stay here again next time we are in madrid

Room, staff and breakfast were great! Location was kind of far from our tours.

Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return!

Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon

The front desk staff were amazingly kind and helpful.... Very genuine.

Love the location and the space of the room assigned to us. Next stay I will request a higher floor to minimize the noise in the street. The rest of my stay it was wonderful. Great touch with the bottle of bottles and quick bites in the morning.
