Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. “The Nantucket Inn is a charming and the hosts go above and beyond to please. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor space with couches and propane fire pit was the perfect place to relax in the evening. The shrubbery around the perimeter makes it feel so private and secluded. The breakfast was amazingly delicious!!! I give Nantucket Inn my very highest recommendation!”

“Great views from the picture windows and porch of our waterfront cabin. The included bundle of firewood was a plus. The only negative was not being able to use the hot tub right upon opening time at 9:30 am which cut enjoyment of that feature down a lot. My boyfriend is a huge hot tub lover and we had to hurry to check out by 11:00am. The beds, linens and pillows were all really nice! Overall the property is just what it reports and I would likely book here again. ”

“Inn at the Woods was beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted and set up in the Forest Room, which offered a great view of the trees and the Sportsman Lake across the street. We brought our two dogs, which made great use of the nearby loop trail. It’s just a short drive from Friday Harbor town, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again!”

“The house is super clean and well stocked. Great view, nice neighborhood, close to ferry and to town and state park. But, the host is not flexible and cooperative. And the bed in the master bedroom is the worst. Keeps creaking with every turn and the mattress is so hard, you may as well be sleeping on a camping mat. Keep in mind, there no ceiling fans or AC and it was HOT in August and very uncomfortable to sleep at night. ”
