The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. "

"We liked the hotel but found the amenities lacking. The bathroom really needs hooks on the walls in order to hang towels. There was no lobby to be able to chat with others. I realize that space is at a premium. Overall, we were pleased."

"Very close to the train lines. Lots of food options and close to many shops. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Kamakura and Enoshima as it’s a good midway point, direct train lines to both locations. Also easily accessible to Haneda airport with 1 transfer. We did not try their breakfast. "
