"The location was fantastic! It is close to the beach and right on the Promenade. Super convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is very nice. Lots of delicious options. The rooms are clean and neat, but very small. No additional seating, just the bed, limited storage for items. For the price, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Arena. "

Wir waren Abends meistens auf dem Zimmer und wollte ab 23uhr schlafen, dies war oft bis tief in der nacht nicht möglich. Wände aus Papier man hörte alles auch das was man nicht hören möchte. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

"Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
