"The staff working the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was with the sink in the bathroom. There was very little water pressure for the cold water. The other sink was fine. The ice machine down the hall from our rooms (3030 & 3032) did not work. There was also trash on the floor by the machine and a toilet plunger. This does not look good."

"As with most hotels that have an adjoining casino, the room had no microwave or working refrigerator. Other than that, every area of the hotel & my room were very clean. I also had an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, and the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay at Casino Queen again in the future. "

"I booked a hotel room, but instead it was like a motel. My room was not located inside the hotel, my room was located on an external part of hotel, with the door outside. I did not feel safe. If I had known I would have a external room, I would never have booked this hotel. "
