"Very clean and comfortable"

"The room lacked AC. So it got a bit warm for my taste. The room was comfortable besides not being able to control the temp. You can open the window but did not help much. "

"I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst visiting family in nearby Mangpo. My room a de luxe double was large and spacious with a great shower room and very clean. My room was serviced and clean towels every day. There was a kettle and small fridge ideal for making your own coffee or tea. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk staff spoke English which was an enormous help. The airport bus from Incheon stops right outside and is a very frequent service. "Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable.
