"The staff here was so kind to our family at check in. We had our airbnb cancel on us the night before due to a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find somewhere for our family to go on a holiday weekend just hours before we were to hit the road. They were able to give us adjoining rooms thankfully since we are a family of 5. However, when I booked, it stated that free breakfast was one of them amenities, and then I was told that it was not. The staff basically tried to make me feel bad for forgetting the free breakfast that was in the description when I reserve the room by telling me that if they didn’t start charging for breakfast, the room rates would have to go up.
