"This hotel was cool, but I can’t give 5 stars across the board because their computer system was down the entire time and we were never given room keys, so every time we wanted to enter our room we had to wait for a staff member with a master key. This was really annoying and they didn’t do anything at all to make up for the hassle, not even like a free drink at the bar."
