"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage. Two things I would change. The toilet was thin and plastic. It moved around a lot. Kitchen was great. Utensil’s, plates, cups, glasses and cooking pans supplied. Great tv. We used our Netflix account. The Sofa Bed was okay to sit . Not sleep. Omg it hurt so bad. Honestly. I would throw it out. "The staff was amazing!!! Actually beyond amazing. I wish I remembered the young lady at the front desk’s name but she was super helpful. She gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel not only offered airport shuttle service but also provided shuttle to local attractions. Saved us money on Ubers. The driver (I believe was named Sam) was just a kind good hearted man. There’s no other place I would think about staying next time while I’m in Birmingham "
