"This was such a pleasant experience. Front desk at check in was so nice and helpful. I was able to get upgraded into an accessible room which was so great. I had a nice view of the water. The breakfast was also - so good. Has variety for travelers who might miss a breakfast burrito and such. Def will come back!"

"I like to start a review with the positive.I enjoyed that the premises were renovated warehouses on the river. My room had a great view. It was challenging to get a king room with a walk in shower. The beds were smaller than advertised however they were comfortable. Maybe I am just spoiled with the US counterparts. The front desk team was very helpful for the most part. "We feel like we are on a boat "

"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues. Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence...

"Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though."

"Really happy with our choice to stay near the M25. Location very good. Hotel staff welcoming. Bar area very inviting. Rooms had everything we needed and very nicely furnished. Bedding good and the best of all (for me as a complete pillow snob!) these were the best! Breakfast variety very good and the whole area clean and spacious Great stay! "

"Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant. Every time we went to hotel’s restaurant in past 2 years, we used to be seated indoor just opposite the buffet area. This time the staff said just allow guard dogs and not quite friendly to my pet. We were so disappointed this time."

"Perfect hotel for Westfield shopping and Aspers. Lovely breakfast on outside terrace and made surprise sweet tray for my birthday. Very modern clean rooms. Only criticism couldn’t get hand wash out of container parking on site "

"Gorgeous little hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for ABBA voyage. Small but comfortable room with everything you needed. Lovely clean bathroom with nice toiletries. Gorgeous courtyard for an evening drink. Bar and restaurant good."
