"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room smelled like urine, and the carpets were filthy. The bed was rock hard — I woke up with back pain. The bathroom was unusable: the shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Breakfast was a complete disaster! They served stale salad, dried-out cheese, and cold tea.
