"What a great place to stay. The suite was super nice. We loved having a full kitchen and separate bedroom area. The gym on the first floor was perfect and what a special treat to have access to the Watersound club (golf, pool and wellness center) Bradley at the front desk was a terrific addition to our stay! "

"The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the perfect size for us. The absolute best part was the location. There was entrance to the beach right across the street. Also, the entrance to the condo complex was right on 30A so convenient when visiting Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, and Grayton State park. Very family friendly and safe. I would definitely stay there again."

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
