"Since this was my first time in Milan, Italy, so I'll start by saying that I did love how quickly the shuttle came once I called (maybe 10 mins). I also loved how much give and the overall softness of the pillows as well as the comforters. The receptionists were very kind, generous, and informative when it came to telling me about the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, asking about when we'd need the shuttle the following morning, as well as offering us a breakfast snack bag for the morning...

"The property was nice. I had a comfortable room. There is a charge for ice. No ice machines on the floors. I don't understand quilts on the bed. It's summer. To sleep under a quilt/comforter I need to turn the AC very low. In the morning I need to turn on the heat because the room is very cold. If I take off the quilt there are no sheets. "

"It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!"

"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "
