"Unfortunately, our room had quite a bit of dog hair, which made it feel less clean than expected. There was also no hot water when I went to take a shower. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they thanked me for letting them know, nothing was offered to address the issue. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant smell outside the property, though that was clearly not the hotel’s fault."

"I booked this trip for my birthday with my boyfriend and was able to bring our cat with us, as our room was pet-friendly. We had such a nice time! The room was rustic and warm and inviting, the jacuzzi tub was excellent (i saw another commenter say that they didn’t get enough hot water to fill the tub—my tub filled up waaaay too hot and i had to wait like an hour for it to cool down!), the bed was so comfortable, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. our room was clean, and the staff was all so nice and helpful. we loved the free tasting at the distillery, and ended up buying a couple of bottles to bring home from our trip. we stayed at one of the adult-only studio rooms in the 3-unit building of the inn. it was so peaceful, we will definitely be back!
