"As for the hotel and location it’s great spot ! For sleeping to hot , Train noise and pillows lumpy not nice at all . One receptionist a bad attitude on arrival it was 2pm with the word WHAT . I said we would like to book in answer ! NOT TILL 3PM . Shoot me down ! "

"Lovely welcome with help with bags offered without asking. Friendly check in and immediate help when our ‘phone wouldn’t work in the room (not that we needed it- apart from to call reception to book our hour slot in for the spa facilities). Good service for food and drink on the evening and a lovely breakfast. My only slight ‘gripe’ is the hour allocation for the use of the spa area. I understand it’s to keep the number of people in the area limited but we got a bright orange ‘all inclusive...

"Stay for 1 night for a concert at the glasshouse. Close to the venue. Some noise during the night (Friday night on the quayside) and the curtains didn’t block out the 4.30 am sun but the staff were lovely, breakfast was just what the doctor ordered and the room was nice and clean "

"I booked this hotel due to it's facilities and wasn't disappointed with my ability to use the pool and hot tube. I will say though not the worst mattress it was very hollow in the middle and mostly in need of a replacement. My friend who slept on the single bed was quite happy though."
