"It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

"It's a great place to rest peacefully after being at the beach. It also has a pool with warm water and the exact amount of chlorine to avoid discomfort in the eyes. The service is excellent and the rooms present a modern design with large windows that provide a connection with the exterior, but without compromising privacy."

"La casa está agradable pero la atención fue pésima el gerente super mamón, me hablo para decirme que había quebrado una bola de billar que ya estaba quebrada, las sabanas olian muy feo y tenían pelos no las habían lavado, en la casa hay ratas dejaron caca en la barra de la cocina dónde preparamos nuestros alimenos, no había papel higienico, 1 cuarto inundado de agua probablemente por el aire acondicionado y en general mucho olor a drenaje."
