“I’ve stayed here a couple times before and loved it I’m sure what happened. Rooms aren’t clean at all, I felt so uncomfortable staying there/ being the restroom. Walls were extremely dirty with who knows what on them (They easily wiped off). So just poor cleaning. Hair and stains on bedding.

“Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!”
