“We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

“Todo el personal fue amable, la hab estaba limpia y tenía amenidades completas, la alberca y áreas públicas igualmente limpias. El estacionamiento se cierra por la noche y se abre solo a petición lo cual me pareció muy seguro. Es un lugar tranquilo, ameno y familiar.”

“The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service.”

“Small hotel but nice and quiet the rooms are big and comfortable same for the bathrooms. Everything is very well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly...it feels very lay back. The view is amazing and the food at the restaurant is really good and tasty. We Definitely recommend this hotel. ”
