"The facility has a great location offering many different swimming options in addition to the beach. Being adjacent to the Springmaid Pier was fun. The property is a little worn with older appliances in the room. We had an AC problem with only one of the two units working properly. It resulted in 1/2 the room very cold and the other no so much. It also didn’t really help reduce the humidity either. Several calls for maintenance resulted in no improvement. As the property wasn’t full, a room change might have been an offered solution. I expect this was a unique problem. If a casual, average place to stay, vacation works for you, then this place is fine. If you’re more accustomed to upscale properties, you may be disappointed."
