The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "

"This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Compared to other places in Zermatt, this one was very affordable given the great quality and amenities. Five minute walk from the train station, great dining options right inside the hotel, and very friendly/helpful staff. Room was so clean and modern, loved the rainfall shower. "

"Overall good stay. Hot tub wasn't hot. Rooms got warm but plenty of cold air outside to cool them down. Beds were not super comfortable but they did the job"

"A great spot in Montreux! It’s bright, airy and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered more options than the standard hotel breakfast, including an omelet station. We only stayed for a night but wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend! "
