"This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages. "

"The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel. "

Onsen was amazing! I used rental bath! I enjoyed wonderful sky and nature! Just loved everything about this place!"

"Closed to lighting exhibition as you can walk. Lobby was terrific but room was not like that. I stayed a night in Japanese styled room, it was stinky once I opened the door. There’s no restaurant to walk-in unless you not reserve hotel’s board. The only nearby restaurant was Yuba udon. It was very delicious but I preferred meat 😂"

"It was a nice stay. There are some great features to this place. It's beautiful, has great updated amenities, and it's perfect for a relaxing trip. However, the website was hard for me to use and it was difficult to get anyone on the phone who speaks English. This made booking a room difficult, as well a working out some details of my stay. It was also kind of boring place to stay. Most clients were families with babies or older couples. Nobody spent time in the lounge/ bar at night, only for...
