“Hotel was clean and easy to navigate to. I didn’t realize that this was mostly self check in which created some frustration on my part at the end of a long travel day.
Our shower didn’t drain well but the next morning the front desk person was very helpful and put in a maintenance request.”
“Room was clean and comfortable staff very pleasant but very understaffed, with no manager to be seen things that went wrong should have been picked up. Eg breakfast items were very good but alas first impressions was not as plates laid out were obviously from dinner before as food still stuck to plates. Not a good sign. Also booked early morning call which never happened . Bar hardly open for residents .”
