“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. “great hotel. staff was friendly, parking was easy”

“The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking...

“Very nice visit and would definately return however I booked a lake view room and did not receive a room with a lake view. ”

“Room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. We booked a water front pool view at the hotel. This was fine since it was May, but it is on the same level ast pool ans sliders opened up to it. I suspect in warm weather it might be noisy and filled with people walking back and forth. Next time we will likely book a room in main hotel or the other water front rooms not overlooking pool. This is just fyi...if you have kids, this is probably a great room in summer. We have stayed here multiple...
