“Great place really lovely. Located in the Miriam of streets in the old town (hence off site parking) the rooms are very peaceful and well appointed. Staff on site really helpful and just everything perfect.”

Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ausreichend, Reinigung, Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ebenso. Das Gebäude war innen und außen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben einem Supermarkt, kleinen Boutiques und nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Isabelle ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person, die immer erreichbar war und sich um alle Anliegen kümmerte....

“When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions.
