"I stayed at the Japanese Western Style room in the new wing. The room is clean and well-kept. However, it falls short of feeling luxurious. The floor felt like it was made of linoleum and it wasn’t laid out that smoothly. Also, the flow of the room feels a bit off. I chose the new wing because I wanted to try the panoramic bath. "Only lobby area looks good. The room condition is so outdated and unclean and public bath area doesn't look sanitary. I'll never stay at the hotel again. "

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "
