โThe accommodation is very good. It is a good place to eat because there is a high-end restaurant next door, and it is the best accommodation for travel because of its close proximity to tourist attractions and attractions. I recommend it for individual trips to Xi'an.โ
โFront desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isnโt fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didnโt take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xiโan City Walls.โ
โDas Hotel empfing uns freundlich, musste jedoch feststellen, dass wir fรผr 2026 gebucht hatten. In weniger als einer Stunde war die Stornierung und Neubuchung durch. Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straรe. Ohne weitere Diskussion gab es noch ein Upgrade - freies Frรผhstรผck fรผr den gesamten Aufenthalt. โEasy walking to everything. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. The breakfast was ok but not great. The area around the hotel is very dirty and confusing and car access is difficult. Not really set up for western tourists currently. โ
โI have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. Itโs when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel donโt furnish towel and toilet paper. Itโs alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. โ
"There was a quiet park near the hotel, and the room was comfortable and spacious. It wasnโt far from the Bell Tower, so it was convenient to get around. I would consider staying here again."
