"Check in staff are the rudest on earth so the security staff . The local saudi staff are abusing foreign worker who are doing their best to accomdate guests as far as local Saudi staff are concerned they are straight out of jungle no manners no respect for guests "

"Great hotel, just not equipped for refrigeration medicine, walk with a small ice cooler if you need to. Mini bar fridge does not even cool for water, so you know your meds will spoiled. That was the only thing we find. Other that that the staff was excellent and o give a 10-10."

"I recently had a wonderful stay at the Waqf Othman Bin Affan Hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Holy City. Key Highlights: Prime Location: The hotel is incredibly close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (about a 5–7 minute walk). It’s situated in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it very convenient for daily prayers and necessities. Exceptional Service: The staff at the 24-hour front desk were professional, welcoming, and very accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Comfortable Accommodations: My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the modern touches like the LED TV, the in-room coffee maker, and the reliable free WiFi. The city view from the room added a nice touch to the spiritual atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and a serene environment that allows you to focus on your visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Madinah, Insha'Allah!"
