"For the price point, this was an excellent choice for us. The property was well-maintained and the staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and everything was in well working order. Honestly, the only issue we had is some loud neighbours above our floor stomping around all night, but we didn't raise any issues with the staff about that. Would definitely consider staying at a Microtel again."

"Staff was friendly at check in and during stay at hotel. Room I stayed in was small and has no closet space to store luggage’s and hang clothes. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping was cleaning everyday I was there. Complimentary Breakfast was good and simple nothing fancy. Had waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, other stuff and juices, hot cocoa and coffee. Washer and Dryer available too. Which was so convenient. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. Across the street from St. Bonaventure University. It is a small area. Dunkin’ Donuts right next to hotel. There are some Stores (Walmart, Old Navy, bath &body, Marshall’s, and some others. Also restaurants and fast food near by. I gave 4 stars due to no closet space so we had to open our luggage’s on the bed and only came with 2 hangers to hang clothes next to TV and no closet to store them."
