โClean room with a kitchenette, which came in handy. We werenโt prepared for the three high steps that led up to the bed and patio. The room is not accessible, for those who need that information!โ
โDas Hotel ist modern und zweckmรครig ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer 231 ist fรผr lรคngere Aufenthalte zu klein. Es fehlt ein Schrank und ein Tisch mit 2 Stรผhlen. Die Metro ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster laut. Gerรคusche aus dem Hotel hรถrt man nicht. Positive Extras sind der kostenlose Kaffee neben der Lobby und kostenlose Leihfahrrรคder fรผr Tagesausflรผge. Das Hotel ist mit der Metro schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Wir haben dafรผr die Copenhagen-Card genutzt.โ
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more.
