“Simple room, great service , worth the stay”

“It was suitable for my needs with its price point during my stay. I just needed a bed and shower at night since I was gone most the other time working on a project. However, it was in serious need of renovations and structurally didn't feel that great. A sign on the door to one of the rooms was posted "Unsafe" "Do Not Enter or Occupy".”
