“I stayed 1 night here.
really beautiful atmosphere. sunset cruise very nice.
However, they claimed 2500 rupees for using jacuzzi with spilling wine.
The water in jacuzzi is reused by there own purification system which is uninformed.
That one is only disappointment in staying Kumarakom Lake resort.
Except for that, the atmosphere, really beautiful.
Thank you”

“Needs maintenance, looks run down.
Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones.
Buffet meals lacks quality.
Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on.
The shower attachments need maintenace.
Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box.
Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.”

“We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free.
