I booked two rooms but the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working and we were told there was no one available to fix that day and no option to change room.”

Our rate for Tuesday was $94, but jumped to $339 for Friday night for the same room due to Tech graduation. This is a Ridiculous ripoff!!! Second, the hotel has NO ice machine.
