This is in a fantastic location, close to shopping and dining options. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I almost lost my bag with my laptop and cash, buts he went out of her way to contact the taxi base and had my belongings returned. While the wi-fi was a bit spotty due to rain, the place otherwise was quite nice.
The location is ideal and within walking distance of shopping and eating outlets in Apia. The staff is welcoming, helpful and attends to requests quickly.

Room was serviced once in our two week visit.
No elevator...which is common in Samoa.
Air conditioner does not seem to remove humidity.
Still everyone was helpful and friendly.
This was a fine example of a city centric hotel in Apia, with all the facilities for a short business stay or stopover. Thereโs both a safe and a fridge if you look for it. Itโs not a resort or holiday accommodation, but thatโs okay.
TV entertainment is not good for non-Chinese and a/c also hard to set properly. The Cantonese breakfast goes cold if youโre not there at the start time.
I love my 4 days and 5 nights stay. The restaurant in the front is superb though it gets busy at night time, service is a little slow but because it's known in that side of capital, a lot of people usually comes around that time. I also love the oriental breakfast every morning.
The first day we enter the door was nice and neat, no lift or staff to help carried our luggages upstairs, the room smells n dirty. Free breakfast the room is not good enough, the menu is still the same from our first day up to last day, i don't know why, compared to others hotels, please consider this issue for better next time, thanks
The air conditioner in the room was amazing! Also all of the hotel staff were great - very kind and friendly and made sure I had what I needed and answered all my questions. I was even able to arrange a ride to the airport (for a fee) with them. The breakfast is Chinese food which was fun and the dishes changed every day and some of it was really good (my favorite was this okra dish). FYI thereโs no elevator. The location is convenient - walkable to shops, restaurants (McDonaldโs was like a seven minute walk), banks, the Samoa Cultural Village and the visitors center are like across the street and itโs right next door to the Australian Commission. Would stay here again the next time Iโm in Apia!
