"Friendly staff, clean & spacious rooms. The location was perfect as it is literally right across the street from the ferry & you can walk to a lot of the downtown area restaurants, boat tours, & shops. We had a lake view, which was pretty. Free parking on site."

"Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests."
