"The room was a decent size for a twin. The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom needed attention to all the fittings i.e. shower rail was lose as was the hand basin tap & toilet roll holder.
The towels were a nice quality.
The hot breakfast was good and the cereal options & cold meats were very nice.
The staff were very helpful with ideas for an evening meal in the location. "

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. "I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel."
