"The overall 1 night stay very good. Room was clean and tidy. Nice size everything good. Staff very friendly ideal stop off place only 30 minutes from NEC this reason for our stay. Breakfast was good and a good price fresh cooked not buffet."

"Our stay at the hotel was really nice friendly staff when we checked in and out, room nice and clean, my only issue was the carpark, we clicked on the hotel link for directions which took us to the carpark infront of the hotel (carpark D), when we checked in, we were told we should be in carpark A, but we had already used up our free 30mins in that carpark so would work out to be the same price if we moved our car, so stayed where we were, the QR code system didnt work for the parking in this carpark so we had to find another way to pay, which annoyed us as we were told to pay in the casino and she said no we dont, we finally found a pay machine so we managed to sort it, "

"Our dog was welcomed, the staff were lovely and accommodating. It was very peaceful and having Netflix available for a home from home feel was a great touch"

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."

"I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel."
