"Beautiful pool, restaurant (tacos was amazing) and beach view. the rooftop is my favourite spot. had a bit of issue with the shower. shower divider is not close enough to stop the water from coming out, floor might get wet. just ask for extra floor mat. and the shower handle was a bit loose/ unstable, but these are just minor things for me. overall i enjoyed my stay, and i felt safe inside the hotel. securities are everywhere. Staff were very helpful."

"The hotel is gorgeous and perfect lcoation. the service is slow but that's probably because its an all inclusive. the food is not very good. the hotel also has you make reservations on site for dinners or else you have to eat at the buffet, but their hotel reservation system doesn't really work and they will tell you you dont have a reservation even though you waited in line in the morning for an hour to make them. "

"We booked the priority member Junior suite with the private pool and everything was perfect! The room was very clean with a beautiful/clean private pool and had a breathtaking view of the garden and two of the pools on the grounds. Our butler, Irving, was so amazing!! He was very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. He sent us daily itineraries for the resort activities and always made sure that we had everything we needed. He even helped organize a surprise for my boyfriend whose birthday was the day after our arrival which was so appreciated!! I also want to mention that the staff at the private priority member pool on the beach was amazing! They were so attentive and made sure that I never spent a moment without a drink in my hand lol. Sammy at the inside bar was our absolute favorite! You will not regret staying at this resort. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back very soon! "
