"We stayed with The Level upgrade and the service was great!! This is the second time we stay at this resort and love it. However, they have made some changes to the level that we were not aware of when we booked this trip which we were kind of upset about, but the service of the staff there, the food, and the drinks made up for it. Some of those changes in general to the resort were that they changed some of the restaurants and now they only include 4 alacarte restaurants and the one you have to pay extra for. Also during the check in for the level they don’t have any one offering you drinks like they used to, now it’s self serve and there was definitely less staff all over the resort which kind of made it hard to get service at times. Also, some of the premium alcohol options that we had included weren’t included anymore like don julio, Buchanan’s, and many others. Those were just some of the minor changes.. BUT like I said our concierge, and everything else made our stay just as nice as last time… I also got proposed to here as well and the staff set up a beautiful experience, it was so nice!! Definitely recommend this resort! Also, their daycare is amazing, my kids have so much fun and there is no age limit."

"My kids n I enjoyed our vacation n the property.. if I had listened to the reviews I would not have booked.. the rooms were clean, the food of was good, it was easily accessible n we had a wonderful time. The only mishap I had was the rude towel attendant.. she needs to work in the back somewhere where she will not interact with the guests. I will definitely be back."

"Elegimos Impressive premium y fue la mejor desición. Para los restaurantes que no habia espacio el mayordomo Jobrailyn Cedeño nos ayudo a conseguir reservacion en todos y siempre estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La comida fue muy buena, para el buffet recomiendo ir a la hora de apertura porque si no despues hay mucho revulú en el buffet. El entretenimiento muy bueno pero deberian incluir mas actividades y musica hispana/latina. En la piscina premium Juan es el mejor bartender. "
