“Patrons très prévenants Hôtel très bien situé Parfait !”

“The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!”

“Fantastic location for the grotto and shops. Decent brasseries a ten minute walk away. Helpful staff, especially the lovely Italian girl who gave us all the info on arrival and a free room upgrade. The only fault of the hotel (which is lovely Art Deco style - slightly faded grandeur) is the food.

“Staff were very friendly. However the room grid not have the basics…. Kettle or tea etc. we had to request & go get it ourselves. Additionally the intercom was not working”

“Friendly and nice staff. Clean and spacious rooms”

“We stayed one night but it was a lovely chalet and would make a good base for walking etc The reception had a good choice for breakfast and a selection of pre made evening meals to purchase.”
