"There was a poolside view from the room we stayed in. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. A regular breakfast would have been a better choice, rather than a continental selection.The experience would have been that much better.The cost cant be that much of a difference for the hotel volume of guests.The food prices for the guests in Miami are outrageous. We did enjoy the pool and the service provided. The champagne gift for our anniversary was appreciated and unexpected.Thank You ! "

"The hotel is very run down, pool water is a Wierd green color, you have to go through a restaurant, pizza place, and an ice cream store to get to the elevator that brings you to the hotel rooms, at first out room smelled very strong of air freshener, we thought very little about it and went to the beach. when we came back a couple hours later the air freshener had worn off and it was now an awful moldy smell. We showered off and sat there for an hour before our lungs started to feel thick and heavy. Started to look around and all the windows were screwed shut, then we saw all the mold on the air conditioner in the ceiling! We called for maintenance , he opened up the ceiling register and it was black in there ,they had put air freshener cans in the vents to cover the mold smell , they knew about the mold!! We quickly asked to be moved , they said they were full, so we asked for a refund to switch hotels, we were given a bogus email address to send a refund request and have still not heard back!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I have escalated this through Expedia ( Expedia has reached out to them with no answer back also) i will also reach out to AMEX to file a complaint! DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Clean, pool & location is good. Rooms are a lot smaller than pictured online. We only stayed for 1 night, it was fine for that."
