“This is my second stay at Nassau Suite Hotel, and it was as lovely as the first time. I throughly enjoyed my stay, staff were professional, welcoming and courteous. A special mention to Mercedes and Eduardo. The location of the property is fabulous, super near to the night life, but just enough distance to not disturb my peace when seeking quieter moments. “I was told this is vip access room by Expedia i didn’t get any vip special. Expedia said my break fast included in during checkout but Expedia didn’t pass on to hotel that information so was charged by hotel. It is Expedia mis representation than hotel”

“The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t...

However, the second room was even worse.
