I loved this place - a good old fashioned hotel that was a little bit quirky. Super friendly staff and paid parking close by. The main attractions were also walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Found this hotel to be a classic smaller German city hotel. Very close to pedestrian zones, the train station and restaurants. It was small, but efficient. Rooms were clean and neat. The staff was over the top friendly. Great stay for the money. Oh, and the breakfast room was amazing. Would stay here again without question!

Ideal for short ciry break

Centrally located but in a predominantly pedestrian area. Comfortable bed, aircon. Good breakfast selection, excellent service with omelettes etc cooked to order.

The breakfast is amazing best in town and justify the room price that is higher then should be. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful they agree to push check out time without extra payment. The room is small and has no coffee machine but considering all and all i will probably come back there.

Walls were quite thin... could hear guests walking through the halls and what my neighbors were doing. Had to use earplugs to sleep. Otherwise a very comfortable stay, breakfast was lovely and the location had great walkability.

I had specifically selected on a hotel and room with air conditioning, and did only expect it would be a mounted air conditioning. This was not the case. I am disappointed overseeing the high ratings for this hotel and that I booked a standard room and not a budget room as was advertised at other sites. However, air conditioning was mobile and only worked with window open for the hose. This means hot air comes in the room and that you hear the church bell every quarter from early to late. Without air conditioning it would be way to hot in the room. For the rest room, hotel, breakfast and location were fine.

Large room and bathroom. Great lighting in bathroom. Very clean. Elevator is small (typical of older European buildings) and there were six steps up in the hall to our room. Good location to the Christmas markets and train station.
