"Our family of five had 3 rooms for three nights, and our stay was a 12 out of 10–beautiful as well-equipped rooms, a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh eastern and western options (as well as options to order), a small but decently functioning gym, and a phenomenally nice and helpful staff. A legit oasis in hustling and bustling Hanoi."

"The staff was so attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for old town. Breakfast buffet plus a menu including local cuisine was also amazing. Elevators were quick. Rooftop bar had tasty drinks and clear city views. I would 100% stay here again. My stay was with my gf, both of us 40s for a 4 day stay."
