"Decent hotel. Only thing is, a big topic for me, there isn't anything going on around the hotel. No bars, no restaurants options, etc. It's an oxymoron situation. The hotel has a casino, a night club, 25m swimming pool, nice health club and a full service spa and massage salon. But you wont want to stay at the hotel, because there is no action of sorts on and around the location..."

"Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi is a gorgeous hotel in a convenient location. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and a stone’s throw away from the infamous train street. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. Whether it’s arranging an airport transfer or welcoming you to the hotel, they are more than happy to oblige. The restaurant and sky bar staff were equally attentive. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and lovely view of Hanoi from the Juliet balcony. It looked exactly as the pictures reflected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or stay here on my next journey to Hanoi."

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."

"I would like to take my time to write a review for this hotel. Absolutely horrifying. First of all, I arrived from airport to the address advertised on the website. Then when I arrived, this man who I believed to be the owner communicated through the intercom to confirm my bookings. Please see my photo of the ‘reception’. Absolutely dodgy. Then another man showed up, asking me to follow him . I was already thinking to book another hotel, but I followed him anyway to another ‘hotel’ which was down the road from the advertised address. Anyway, when I arrived to my assigned room, it was on a side street. Bikes were parking outside. The ‘room’ was separated with side boards and the ‘room’ next to it is able to peek through my room. No lock on the door. Random men knocking on my assigned room ( I am a female). It was a shared bathroom and toilet. I saw the quality of my stay and immediately book another hotel. This is completely false advertising. The rating on hotel.com does not reflect the true condition of this ‘hotel / hostel’. Whoever read my reviews, should reconsider their stay in this hotel, especially young girls travelling alone. Overall, I did not feel safe staying there. And I booked for 4 nights. I immediately fled after witnessing such condition and did not stay for more than 5 minutes. "

"Breakfast was pretty basic. Staff were fantastic - super nice and helpful; always had a smile on their face a d greeted as we entered the hotel. Room had both AC and Fan which was nice!"

"The hotel is located on an incredibly busy street, but within walking distance to many sites. I personally found the buffet breakfast to be lacking and only used it once. The food looked like it had been out for awhile. Not much in the way of choices either. I did not use the pool and looked like it could use some TLC. The staff were very nice. The room was comfortable with a great working AC. The fridge and safe worked fine, and the bed was comfy, but pillows were firm. Not my favorite. I do not plan on returning to Hanoi again, but if I did, I would not stay here."
