The hotel had arranged for us to be picked up by taxi from the airport which is less than 15 mins away. When we arrived they greeted us with smiles and we were promptly shown to our room. The accommodation was well equipped with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV, good aircon, and large bathroom. There is a well maintained pool on the top floor, not too big but very good to cool down without having to go to the beach.
The kitchen staff were happy to prepare breakfast orders on request

The checking processes was inefficient. Waited well past the checkin time and had to approach staff 3 times before the keys were handed over. The villa we stayed in only had hot water for 1 of the 3 days which was dissapointing. The staff lack communication skills and seem very new to their roles. The food options at the hotel are not great and a little overpriced.
The actual resort looks very nice and the villa, apart from the lack of hot water, was perfectly positioned close to the beach and pool.
The pool itself does not have enough lounge chairs for the amount of people using it. The water is also very cloudy.
Overall the experience was ok, but not up to expectations when considering the price of the room.

Be aware this is just a big theme park. Maybe good for families, but outside of that it's really not of much interest.

It has two level : First level : Golden bridge, Garden flower.... Second level: French village on top. Lunch buffet: Lavada buffet 11am-2:30pm (second level)
