"Everything went smoothly except that we don’t like the different breakfast venue whenever the main venue is full. The food choices and atmosphere is very different. May I also suggest you have all lifts have an installed indicator as to where the respective lift is operating… going up or down and the floors there are at. "

"Our stay was lovely! The hotel is very clean and they offer sweet butterfly pea tea upon checking in. Front desk is very responsive when you need assistance. Rooms were clean and bathrooms offered shower and bathtub which was nice. Amenities included a nice gym, rooftop pool and spa options. I got a traditional Thai massage, and was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The location is optimal if you’re staying in Bangkok, as it it close to a few malls, about an hour of BKK airport due to traffic. Princess hotel is actually attached to MBK mall which offers cute shops and spots to eat. Would recommend out stay "

"This hotel is amazing! The suite I stayed in was exceptional. Clean and spacious, the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. The staff were also incredible, extremely kind and helpful with all requests and questions. In particular I would like to praise Ms. Shin and Ms. Elli who alternated between the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge. They were not just helpful but also personable and easy to chat with. The housekeeper for the room Ms. Ann was also very pleasant and helpful."

Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments.
