"I’ve stayed at this many times because of the location- near to BTS. eateries and malls. For my stay this time, staff was polite, attentive and helpful. However, as a regular guest to this establishment, i am a bit disappointed- I told the guests relations services prior to my visit, I’ll be checking in on my birthday - when I got to the hotel, there were no birthday greetings or a card whatsoever. I normally travel on my birthday and stayed in other hotels establishments where I got a small cakes, birthday cards, room decorated with balloons and birthday signages..I also requested for a room on the high floor- the receptionist told me the upper floors has some renovation going on so they upgraded me and had to put me on the 7th floor. When I got to the room it was just a “standard” room. I was a regular guest to this hotel, of course I know the difference! The hotel was indeed upgrading.. but still signs of wear and tear was obvious throughout the hotel and room. Food at breakfast had good selection. Overall I’d still recommend this hotel. "
