"I stayed here with my family and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is luxurious and new, with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful views. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Siam Paragon and MBK. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the pool was large and very clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff were respectful and very helpful. It’s a great choice for families."
"The hotel is in a pleasant, predominantly 'locals' neighborhood with good eating options and markets. Walking distance to the end of the BKK airport skyway train line making it easy and inexpensive for a Bangkok layover. Quiet, safe and comfortable. "

"Amazing stay! Ended our Thailand trip with a stay at Centara Grand as recommended by my friend. Originally was supposed to end our trip at another hotel but decided to change hotels after having an ok experience at the other hotel. So glad we made that decision! after reading many reviews, I anticipated getting checked in at 3pm or later (which was fine because we had plans anyways).. but there was actually a room available when we arrived at 1230p. We were able to check in quickly. The room was big (compared to other hotels in Bangkok). Bed was very comfortable as well and bathroom was big! We actually ended up booking an extra night since our flight was not until late that evening and late check out would cost more than booking another night. They did however offer complimentary late check out at 1400. 10 min walk to Siam Paragon and connected to CentralWorld. So close to amazing food and shopping. Definitely will stay again when we come back."
"we have been to bangkok a few times, and this has to be our best stay. from the concierge to reception and housekeeping, all of the staffs were really lovely, polite and enthusiastic to make our stay a better one! location is good too, near national stadium BTS and MBK – though abit of walking required from the BTS. definitely a unique stay given how their rooms are different from the traditional hotel room lay outs, it really makes the hotel stand out from the others and make our experience so much more special! however the only downside we have experienced so far is that the aircon remote doesn't work or is faulty, the aircon wind speed adjusts on its own, and the shower head temperature rises mid-shower when we did not adjust it. aside from this two we had a super pleasant stay, and we are looking forward to coming back again next year!"
"Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed—truly felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, and the restaurant food was consistently outstanding.
The facilities were top-tier, especially the two stunning infinity pools. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with high-end bathroom products that added a luxury touch. An unforgettable experience from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back again. "
