Decent room, nice fire place. The stacked cottage allows the lower level to hear movements from upstairs. The Prow had good service, but very expensive. The 25$ food voucher for VIP, did not cover drinks. The front desk service, house keeping were very good. Parking anywhere in Banff including the hotel is a challenge.

Property was in pretty good shape and the owners are in the process of updating rooms and grounds. The main lodge is modern and up to date with great food options and a bar. There is shuttle options, but the location is a little far for most travelers

Very Nice Property on the outskirts of town. there is a bus stop within easy walking distance and transportation is very easy. The room was very large and nicely appointed with nice amenities. The lodge was nice to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast.
