“clean and comfortable.”

“a servicable hotel under the circumstances (my usual preferences were sold out do to a big event in Chicago nothing wrong, just an unremarkable stay”

“The staff was super friendly”

“Dirty room no housekeeping very bad and rude attitude from the manager stay Away from this dirty hotel it’s total garbage”

“Do not come here”

“There was a broken window in the corridor going to the rooms on the second floor, literally a hole in the window letting in cold air. The sink in my room had no hot water. The floor of the room was not very clean. The mattress on the bed was thin, and hard. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The rooms are noisy, and the ventilation poor.

“Decent motel experience. The room was nice, fairly modern. The location and amenities were just okay. Got what I paid for.”

I also did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned today. I was there. They said my room was not on the list for that day. Something else I was not told now I understand that if it’s an extended stay, I know they don’t clean the rooms every day but again I was not told that my room would not be cleaned on the Sunday...
