“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The hotel is on the older side and can use some upgrading !!!! The pool and swim up bar is cool . It’s ridiculous the time the pool closes especially considering how expensive the stay is !!! I purchased a drink from the inside bar it was $15 and taste like juice !!!! The drinks at the swim up were better . I hate the joining rooms my neighbors were so loud so late I couldn’t sleep the hotel staff did end up accommodating me and changing my room to a...

“The room when we walked in smelled like old mildew. We notified the front desk when we checked out and the housekeeper was extremely rude to myself and wife when we had asked for a few towels considering we did not want our room cleaned during our day of two days, she rolled her eyes and said things in Spanish that was very rude not realizing that I speak Spanish fluently and I don’t believe she realize that. That was completely uncalled for.”
