“This is my second time staying at this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and excellent amenities. I wish more hotels across Australia were like this!”

“We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating.”

“Great location with a lakeside view. easy 1 min walk to the Bowlo for a yummy dinner. The room appeared to be freshly painted and every facility to make it comfortable. The value for money was very good.”

“Staff over telephone was helpful and friendly to deal with Room was smokey smelling and definitely older style. There were two used wine glasses not cleaned on bench and the plastic glasses in fridge were older looking and not fresh to use looking. The room had a television that did not work, we were told about this but after we had paid the accommodation at full price. Bed was comfortable and able to sleep in.”

“Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...

“very good but kitchen is too small and old only 1 small frige”

“For one thing, the pillows and bed sheets on the top were so smelly. I think there is a problem with the laundry. Everything else was good.”

“직원들이 친절합니다. 주변이 조용합니다. ”

“Staff kind and professional. Room was very clean and plenty of parking. Location is perfect opposite the main beach. The Thai restaurant also had great customer service and great food”

“직원들이 아주 친절하고 배려심이 깊었습니다.”

“Fabulous location, decor and staff - we loved it!”

“사장님은 너무 친절하셨고 설명도 잘해주셨음. 주변에 도보로 마트랑 레스토랑 쇼핑몰이 있어서 편리했지만 잘때 너무 시끄러워서 잠자기 어려웠음 방음이 잘안되고 아침까지 새떼들 소리가 남. 시트는 새로 갈아놓은것 같았지만 머리카락이 있었음. 전자레인지가 있어서 유용함. ”

“Lovely room, nice views and pool area!”
